Gender pay gap

Following strike action by UCU members in 2020, the University of Bath and Bath UCU signed a joint statement that included a commitment by the University to engage in negotiations with UCU and the other campus trade unions with an aim of reaching a collective agreement including an action plan and targets, to address the gender pay gap – with the ethnicity pay gap and disability pay gap part of this work.

Following initial negotiations a joint statement was signed describing how this work and attached negotiations would progress. These negotiations are ongoing.
