After lengthy negotiations with HR, UCU, UNITE and Unison have agreed to take part in the new appeals process for job evaluation and regrading cases. A rep from one of the unions will take part in any appeals from staff not satisfied with the outcome of an application for an evaluation or regarding of their job.
